Idea DND Registration process:- To avoid commercial calls and SMS from your Idea mobile, simply activate DND service. The DND process for Idea subscribers is given here step by step process. Register for Idea DND Service Via Website:-

You have multiple options to activate DND on your idea mobile such as online, sms and calling. In order to register for Idea DND through online access the web link: http://www.ideacellular.com/customer-care/need-help/complaints , fill all mandatory which are marked with star such as Circle, subject, email, Mobile Number and UCC Date etc. and then you will get confirmation via SMS accordingly follow the instructions.

Activate Idea DND Service (Fully Blocked) By SMS

Type <START> 0 and send to 1909

Or

You may dial 1909 (Toll Free) from your Idea mobile and follow the IVR guidance

Activate Idea DND Service (Partially Blocked) By SMS

If you wish to register for DND Partially Blocked, simply follow below given steps.

Type <START> <preference number> and send to 1909

Example:

If you want to receive SMS on Banking then type <START> 1 and send to 1909.

If you want to receive SMS on Real Estate, Education and Health then type <START> 2, 3, 4 and send to 1909

Idea DND de-registration Process

You may deregister from NCPR service only after three months from the date of registration.

To deregister via SMS (Toll Free) type <STOP> and send to 1909

Or

You may Call (Toll Free) 1909 from your Idea mobile to deregister from NCPR.

Change Idea DND Preference like you used to like to receive SMS and calls from Banking, but now you want to change your preference from Banking to Health. Ex:- you wish to stop receiving SMS and Calls from banking and want to receive from Health. In this case you simply follow below given steps.

Type <STOP> 1 and send to 1909

Type <START> 4 and send to 1909

• Enter Your Mobile Number and hit submit button, instantly a new window will open in which you will be asked to provide Mobile number, Code (Code will be sent to your mobile) and Service Request ID.
• Enter all required filed and submit to know the Complaint Status
