1. Application for Commencement Certificate as in Form-V

2. Notice of Commencement of work as in Schedule-VI

3. Katha Certificate (Recent )

4. Katha Extract (Recent)

5. Upto date tax paid receipt.

6. Certificate of Sub Surface Investigation as in Form VI(A)

7. Certificate of Structural Safety in design (to be provided by SER) as in Form VI(B)

8. Photographs of Columns erected signed by owner and Registered Professional.

9. Plinth drawing showing the column position with setbacks and approved site plan.

10. Building Licence obtained.

11. Engineer/ Architect License Copy

12. Conditional documents prescribed during Plan Sanction, if any.
