Completion / Occupancy Certificate for residential Dwelling houses / Apartments / Non-Residential Buildings

Online application Procedure

KARNATAKA-SEVA-SINDHU

Eligibility: Owner with the help of Registered professional

Supporting Document:

1. Completion Certificate by the BBMP registered professional Schedule-VIII

2. Katha Certificate (Recent )

3. Katha Extract (Recent)

4. Upto date tax paid receipt.

5. Structural stability Certificate by BBMP registered strucural engineer

6. Commencement certificate obtained

7. Photographs of buildings signed by owner and registered professional

8.As built plan (deviations / additions) modifications if any shall be indicated clearly indifferent colors along with section / elevation / site plan.

9. Area calculation sheet of each floor signed by the registered professional

10. Consent for operation from KSPCB (for buildings with built up area more than 2000 sqm )

11. Building height clearance from fire and emergency service department (for buildings with height more than 15.00 m)

12. Conditional documents prescribed during Plan Sanction, if any.

Application Fee : Depends on Guidance Value of Property

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Depends on Guidance Value of Property

Delivery Time (Days) : 30 days

Procedure for applying:

1. Submission of online application with relevant documents.

2. Receipt / Acknowledgment Distribution.

3. Location Inspection by Engineer.

4. Review of documents and maps.

5. Approval / Rejection by the competent authority.

6. Payment of fee for the applications approved by the competent authority

7. Issuing fee payment acknowledgement.

8. Approval for commencement certificate
