1. Acceptance Letter from Monitoring Committee

2. Form No.3 duly filled in and signed

3. Copy of Tax Invoice

4. Detail of payment

5. Copy of Declaration

6. Letter of Competenty Authority in Annexure-E

7. Affidavit in Annexure-C

8. Form -27( C )

Delivery Time (Days) : 7 days

1.Mining lease holder/applicant shall submit application with necessary fee and document through Monitoring Committe to this department.

2. if the Mining lease area is in Forest land, same shall be forwarded to Forest Department for approval.

3. After the approval of Forest department ,Bulk permit will be issued to concerned applicant/Lease hoder.

4.If the Mining Lease area vested in Revenue Land, Department will issue the Bulk permit.
