Eligibility: Building plan should comply Model Building Bye Law and Zonal Regulation.

Supporting Document: Form-3/2, Sale /Title/ Gift deeds, Building Drawing / plan, Estimate Copy, Encumbrance Certificate, Affidavit,

Application Fee : Based on ULB

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Based on ULB

Delivery Time (Days) : 30 days

Procedure for applying: Biulding License request submitted by the applicant will be processed by ULB officials with the technical opinion of Planning Authority / Development authority. After fee payment by the Applicant Building License will be issued.
