Eligibility: Distillery, Brewery, Winery Licensee

Supporting Document:

1. Mandate Form

2. Partnership/Company/LLP/Proprietorship Document

3. Challan & KTC Details/Credit certificate

4. List of Bottling Lines and Capacity

5. List of Apparatus and Inventory of the unit (signed copies) and Quantity

6. List of Spirit storage tanks, capacity and type

7. List of Blending tanks, capacity and type

8. Project report with flow chart

9. Proposed year blueprint

10. Property ownership details/Leased Deed/Rental Agreement/RTC/Khata Extract etc.,

11. Land Documents (Khatha conversion certificates)

12. Clearance Certificate issued by Karnataka State Pollution Control Board

13. PAN Card from IT Department

14. GST Registration Certificate

15. NOC/License issued by Inspector of Factories and Boilers

16. Any other licenses or documents obtained from Commercial Taxes Department or Department of Industries and Commerce

17. NOC from Labour Department

18. Record or documents showing the availability of resources (water and electricity)

19. Appointment order copy of in-house chemist and working certificates

20. Latest Income tax returns submission as per Excise Laws/Rules

21. Copy of FSSAI license

22. Other Documents (If necesssary)
