Eligibility: Distillery, Brewery, Winery Licensee

Supporting Document:

1. Consent Letter From Transferor

2. Consent Letter From Transferee

3. GST Certificate

4. MOA / AOA / Partnership Deed

5. PAN Card

6. Notarized Undertaking for not having any Disqualification as per rules applicable from Transferee

7. Transfer of licensed premises along with infrastructure along with the Khatha Extract in the name of Transferee

8. Entire licenced premises Blue Prints in the name of Transferee

9. Approved Blueprint

10. Property Documents, rental or lease agreement of licensed premises (as the case may be)

11. License Copy

12. Challan

13. IT Returns

14. Other Documents
