Application for Caste Verification Report (OBC)

Online application Procedure

KARNATAKA-SEVA-SINDHU

Eligibility: Shortlisted canidadates from respective recuruting organisation

Supporting Document:

1. Primary school admission extract (1st Standard only).

2. Caste Certificate issued by tahsildar .

3. Passport Photo.

4. Caste certificate of father issued by Tahsildar from Permanent Address location (if Father’s caste certificate not available then then father’s brother/ sister’s caste certificate).

5. Father’s School admission extract (if Father is illiterate then Father’s Brother/ sister’s school admission extract) .

6. Proof of employment of candidate and parents or/and spouse (For salaried employees consisting of Govt/Semi Govt/Private).

7. Previous 12 months salary slips issued by employer, As on date of application submission to Job notification.

8. RTC Certificate of all properties in candidates & parents/spouse name.

9. Land holding certificate/Bhu Hiduvali Patra issued by Tahsildar.

10. Landless certificate issued by Tahsildar.

11. Family tree.

12. Ration Card .

13. Photocopy of Aadhaar .

14. Family tree issued by Tahsildar.

Application Fee : NA

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs 35

Delivery Time (Days) : 15

Procedure for applying:

1. Respective recruting department to intimate the DC committee/District Backward Classes office and the candidate for the Sindhutva Pramana Patra.

2. Applicant to fill the form in the Seva Sindhu Portal.

3. District officer to verify the details/ documents and initiate field inspection by Taluk officer.

4. Taluk officer to conduct field inspection and submit report.

5. District officer to review the report, and set up meeting with DC committee.

6. DC committee to decide to issue Sindhutva Pramana Patra or not .

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,
    During application filling I have given my permanent and residential (communication) adress as Dharwad district. But my native is Haveri District.
    Now I need to under go sindhutwa procedure. My all documents are belongs to Haveri district. Please help me how to solve this problem. Department is denying to change the address.

    In my income certificate I have mentioned 30000 but when u show my father’s salary slip it’s 3lakhs… Does my sindutva gets rejected
