Registration of documents under Registration Act, 1908 (Sale Deed) (BTAD)

GUIDELINES

1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.

2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.

3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.

4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

5. After successful submission of the application form, the application is being forwarded to the officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.

6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.

7. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, official will make a query for the same to which the applicant needs to respond and makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.

8. If the appointment is taken for Marriage Registration, then the applicant needs to first apply for Marriage Registration and then after 30 days he/she is eligible for appointment but if the appointment is for Deed, then the applicant can take appointment on any date as mentioned in the site.

9. If on that date the concerned official is not available, the official can reschedule the date. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email and if on that date the appointment is confirmed, a confirmation SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant. After 2 days of application form submission the confirmation mail will be sent to the applicant.

REQUIREMENTS

Stipulated Time Limit : 10 Days

Fees :

1. Rs. 500/- in GMC area

2. Rs. 250/- in Urban areas other than GMC area

3. Rs. 100/- for rural areas in addition of searching fees

4. Convenience fee – Rs. 10

Registration of Establishment under the Assam Shops & Establishment Act,1971 in Form O (BTAD)

GUIDELINES

1. If unregistered, the applicant needs to click the Register Tab in the Home Page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.

2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.

3. After the applicant has logged on to the system , he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.

4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

5. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.

6. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.

7. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.

8. If all processes are correct than a date is assigned for Physical inspection of the shops/establishment. The applicant will get notified about the inspection details over SMS and Email.

9. If all the processes are correct than the applicant has to visit the office of BTAD and has to pay the requisite amount. The mode of payment is through Treasury challan. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email.

10. The certificate will be generated within 30 working days after the successful submission of the form without any faults. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email. The Applicant then needs to download the Registration Certificate from the ARTPS Portal.

• REQUIREMENTS

Supporting Documents :

1. A copy of the Trade License issued by the local authorities

2. A copy of the registered partnership deed in the case of a partnership Firm/ Establishment

3. Attested copies of the appointment letter(s) issued to each of the permanent, temporary, casual,probationary, learner employees

Note :

4. Hotel,Restaurants,Lodges and Guest Houses,Private Hostels,paying Guest accommodation for students,working people covered by Sarai Act shall be treated as establishments for public entertainment

5. Offline – The requisite fees should be deposited through treasury challan in the specified head of account “0230-labour & employment-101-Fees for Registration under the Assam Shops &

Establishment Rules, 1976”

1. Convenience fee – Rs. 10

4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

5. An applicant has to make the payment at the time of submission of application form.

6. Once payment is successful, application is being forwarded to the higher officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.

7. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.

8. If the entire process is correct, the applicant will receive an SMS and Email of the approval of the application, and the Non-Encumbrance Certificate is being generated and the applicant can download the certificate from the ARTPS Portal.

• REQUIREMENTS

Supporting Documents :

1. Copy of the Applicant’s ID proof to be uploaded in the annexure section

2. Copy of the land document (Jamabandi/Khajana receipt/Deed etc) of the immovable property

Stipulated Time Limit : Within 15 days(General delivery) or Within 3 days(Urgent delivery)

Fees :

3. Rs. 5/- per for one year and rupees 3/- for subsequent years and part their of(The fee will be doubled if the Application is applied in Urgent mode of delivery)

4. RTPS fee of rupees 20/- per application

5. Convenience fee – Rs. 10

4. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

5. 8. If the entire process is correct, the concerned official sends a payment query to the applicant to pay the requisite amount over SMS and Email.

9. After the applicant responds to the payment query, the process is completed and the applicant will be get notification over SMS and Email that the deed is generated and applicant can download the certificate from ARTPS Portal.

Stipulated Time Limit : Within 10 Days

Fees :

1. Rs. 5/- (in 1st Year), (Urgent fee: Rs. 10/- to deliver within 3 days)

2. Rs. 3/page (For additional page consisting of 300 words each)

3. ARTPS User Charges: Rs. 100/- (Rural Areas), Rs. 250/- (Urban Areas other than GMC Areas) and Rs. 500/- (GMC Areas) – Exclusive of searching fees

4. Convenience fee – Rs. 10

Issuance Of Marriage Registration – Application for Marriage Registration (BTAD)

GUIDELINES

If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.

Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.

After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.

Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents (view in the Requirements tab)

An applicant has to make the payment at the time of submission of application form.

Once payment is successful, application is being forwarded to the officials for further processes and an acknowledgement slip is being generated along with a reference number with the help of which an applicant can track the status of the application. An SMS and Email is being sent to the applicant.

An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.

In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, official will make a query for the same to which the applicant needs to respond and makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.

If the entire process is correct, the application will be accepted by the official and the same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email. After 30 days of application submission the applicant will be eligible to perform the registered marriage.


REQUIREMENTS

Supporting Documents :

  1. Copy of the Applicant’s ID proof(Bride/Groom) to be uploaded in the annexure section
  2. Copy of the Address proof (Voter ID/Passport/Bank Passbook/Aadhaar Card etc) of Bride/Groom
  3. Copy of Age proof(Birth certificate/HSLC Admit) of Bride/Groom
  4. In case of Intended Marriage, download the Marriage Notice Template and Upload it in the annexure section along with the signatures of both bride and groom
  5. In case of Solemnised Marriage, Signature of both Wife and Husband are required to be uploaded in the annexure section

Stipulated Time Limit : After 30 days and before 90 days from the date of publication of notice for intended marriage/application for registration of marriage

Fees :

Rs. 50/- notice fee

RTPS fee of rupees 200/- per appilcation

Convenience fee – Rs. 10
