GUIDELINES
If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
After successful submission of documents, Retail Fertilizer Sale Point Certificate will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.
REQUIREMENTS
Supporting Documents :
No Objection Certificate/Trade License from Panchayat/town committees/Municipality.
Report of the concerned Agricultural Development Officer regarding Godown and infrastructure facility.
Qualification certificate of the applicant(any one):
- B. Sc. (Agri) from recognized University or Institute.
- B. Sc. (Chemistry) from recognized University or Institute.
- Diploma in Agricultural science from recognized University or Institute.
- Certificate course in Agri Input for a minimum period of 6 month from National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management or National Institute of Plant Health Management and other Government approved institute.
Recent passport size photo.
Identity Proof (Driving licence, Pan card/ Adhaar card/ Voter ID card etc.)
Address Proof of owner (Driving Licence, electricity bill, photocopy of Bank pass book etc.)
Dealership certificate from any wholesale dealers.
Copy of a wholesale dealer certificate.
Stipulated Time Limit : 30 days
Fees:
Service charge (through PFC/CSC) – Rs. 30
Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) – Rs. 10 per page
Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) – Rs. 5 per page
Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-
Rs 1500/- fees in the Head of 0401-Crop Husbandry-105-Sale of Manures & Fertilizers Details as follows:
- Inorganic Fertilizer 1500/-
- Micro nutrient 1500/-
- Bio Fertilizer& Organic fertilizer – Rs 1500/-
- Physical/Granulated/Special Mixture of Fertilizers – Rs 1500/-
