Eligibility:

a) Site has been allotted by BDA

b)Lease Cum Sale Deed or Sale Deed Agreement is registered.

Supporting Document:

a) Scanned copy of Lease cum sale deed oe sale deed

b) Scanned copy of photo Identification proof & address proof

Application Fee : Rs 0

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs 25

Delivery Time (Days) : 7

Procedure for applying:

a) Application submission by allottee (Online, B1/K1 centres, CSC centres, AJSK centres, Bapuji Seva Kendras)

b) The application is routed to the concerned Deputy Secretary

c) Deputy Secretary forwards the application to the concerned case worker for verification

d) Case worker verifies submitted documents and application form. Updates the boundaries, office related details. Provides recommendations and forwards application to superintendent

e) Superintendent verifies application form, submitted documents and Possession Certificate content filled by case worker. Provides recommendations. Recommendations of the Superintendent

are sent to the Deputy Secretary for review

f) Review by the Deputy Secretary. Approve or Reject the application.

g) Sign and Issue the Possession Certificate/Endorsement Letter

Scheduled Eligibility:

1. The citizen of India is a permanent resident of the state of Karnataka.

2. Post Graduate Degree / Ph.D / Research – Graduate / Master’s degree must have at least 70% or equivalent grade.

3. Age Limit: Must be for PhD/Reasearch Students Maximum 27 Years below. for MS Students Maximum 25 Years Below

4. Administration: Annual Income of Student and Family Rs.6.00 lakhs

5 Sum Assured:

  • a) Minimum amount ofRs. 10.00 lakhs or any actual cost per annum will be paid.
  • b) This fund will only be provided to one family of one Candidate.
  • c). Residential Certificate must be Submitted.

6) Duration of Grants

  • A) Post Graduate Degree – At least 2 years or any of the first time periods ofcourse completion.
  • A) Ph.D / Research – At the time of completion of a maximum of 3 years or less, the first time is considered.

7) Selection Method – Includes three steps.

  • A) Application by the student online.
  • A) Verification of original documents and home visits at theOffice of the Backward Classes Welfare Officers concerned.
  • E) Interview at the presidency of General Secretary.

Devaraja Urs Foreign Scholarship Wage

Students of postgraduate degrees and Ph.D. in Backward Classes from Foreign Universities are financed up to Rs.10.00 lakhs annually.
