1. Applicant fills the form and registers a request for Tariff Change2. Department will process the application & applicant has to make payment of Rs.100 in case of LT service or Rs.200 in case of HT service at the GESCOM Sub-division office and submit the following documents.

(a) Agreement on Rs.200 bond paper as per the format Annexure-07 in case of LT and Annexure-06 in case of HT installation.
