Online application Procedure

Eligibility: NA

Supporting Document:

1. Photocopy of marks card issued earlier

2. Copy of Police Complaint registered for the loss of marks card

3. Copy of Newspaper advertisement stating the loss of marks card

Application Fee : Fee to be paid is INR 250 per marks card up to 3 years from the month and year of examination or INR 500 per marks card for more than 3 Years

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs.20

Delivery Time (Days) : 15 days

Procedure for applying:

1. Applicant shall fill the form & upload necessary documents to apply for this service

2. The department shall process the valid application

3. Once the service is delivered, the applicant is notified
