Procedure for applying:

1) Parties present before District Registrar (DR) along with relevant forms.

2) DR scrutinizes the documents and checks in the system if firm with same name and address is already registered or objectionable words used in the name of firm.

3) Parties shall pay the applicable fees.

4) Generate Acknowledgement.

5) Certificate of FIrm is issued along with signature and seal of DR.

6) Parties to collect Acknowledgement receipt.
