1. Ownership Proof/Rental Agreement

2. Affidavit/Declaration

Application Fee : Variable Cost

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs 25

Delivery Time (Days) : 30

1. Application submission (online, B1/K1 centers, CSC centers, AJSK centers, Bapuji Seva Kendras)

2. Operator verifies application and forwards application to health section

3. Health section verifies application and documents, do field verification and upload inspection report and forward application to admin

4. If Admin approves message to pay fee will forward to mobile and if rejects also intimation will forward to mobile

5. Applicant pays fee online

6. Admin digitally approves trade license
