Eligibility: Bride Groom- 21 Year Bride-21 Years complited.adress with in juristriction of the SR office.

Supporting Document:

1. Memorandam of Special marriage Form

2. Photos -2 B Size together – 5

3. Age Proof both

4. Address proff both

5. Wedding card

Application Fee : Scanning Fee

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs.3+12

Delivery Time (Days) : 30 Days objection period

Procedure for applying:

1) Special Marriage – Other forms Same Procedure as Special Marriage (Regular) with the following exceptions.

2) Shall be registered if the ceremony of marriage has already been performed between the parties and they have been living together as husband and wife.

3) Taking of Oath and Solemnization of marriage by the MO shall not happen

4) No restrictions on marriage solemnization period of 90 days for registration of Marriage
