Application for Licence to Manufacture and / or Trade Poultry and Livestock Feed

Online application Procedure

Eligibility: All citizens residing in Karnataka who apply for licence to manufacture trade Poultry/Cattle feed

Supporting Document:

1. Copy of existing manufacturing and / or trading license (in case of renewal)

2. Form A for trading and manufacturing and / or trading filled and signed

3. Blueprint of manufacturing unit (for new registration of manufacturing unit)

4. A document with a list of distributers and traders of their products with their addresses

5. A declaration stating that manufacturing unit is for self utilization (for manufacturing unit not involved in commercial activities and is for self utilisation)

6. Inspection report for manufacturing and/or trading unit

7. Copy of recent electricity bill or approval of electricity connection

8. Latest Feed Analytical Report (for manufacturing unit)

Application Fee : Security deposit of INR 500 (new registration), INR 50 for 1st HP of manufacturing unit and for trading unit. INR 5 per subsequent HP for manufacturing unit.

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs. 100

Delivery Time (Days) : 30

Procedure for applying:

1. The applicant submits the application form along with supporting documents

2. The application is routed to Assistant Director (QCPF).

3. Verification by Assistant Director and forward to Joint Director (Farms).

4. Verification by Joint Director (Farms), approval and dispatch of the certificate or rejection with an endorsement
