Eligibility: Citizens of India

Supporting Document:

1. Relieving Letter in theatre letter head (In case of Change in theatre) (Non-mandatory)

2. Physical Fitness Certificate (Non- mandatory)

3. Cinema Operator License

4. Letter of appointment as Cinema Operator in letter head (Non-Mandatory)

5. Requisiton letter of Cinema Operator

Application Fee :

If existing license validity as following below

>= 3 months : Rs 30
>= 2 months & < 3 months: Rs 80
>= 1 month & <2 months: Rs 130
>= 1 day & < 1 month: Rs 180
< 1 day: Applicatio not accepted

Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs 25

Delivery Time (Days) : 10

Procedure for applying:

1. Applicant fills the form, attaches the documents and pay requisite fee online

2. Applicant will get the Acknowledgment

3. Department will process the application

4. Applicant will receive the license/endorsement from department
