eHRMS Employees Service Book

Using this App, Himachal Pradesh Government Employees can view his/her Service Book enteries on their mobile devices. The entries once viewed are also stored offline on the device and can be viewed later on even without internet connectivity. For latest information of Service Book, Employee can tap refresh button, which requires internet connectivity.

This app is bi-product of Manav Sampada (Personnel Managment Information System) application implemented in all Government Departments in Himachal Pradesh.

Using this app any employee can view his/her Personal Details, Family Details, Present & Permanent Address, Nomination Details, Education, Joining, Service History, Leave Details, Attendance for one week and Monthly Salary and GPF details as available in his/her service book.

The Ministry has launched the Area Officer Monitoring Visit App on 21st May 2021. The purpose of the App is to make real time inspection & evidence-based reporting of RD schemes. This App will facilitate the officials of the State/UT to record their field visit findings online. The App will also allow the officials to record time stamped and geotagged photographs for all the schemes launched by the Department of Rural Development. This App will help in developing hassle-free reporting of field visits. The provision to view the field visit outcome report by the senior officials is also available in the App.

iHRMS-Punjab

iHRMS Punjab mobile application is one stop mobile app which can be used by government employees to view service book details including all service history since joining of service besides education, nomination details etc. Viewing of Pay Slip, Income Tax deductions(TDS), Annual Salary Statement (Current as well as projected), Submitting Requests online for Increasing/Decreasing Advance Income Tax Deductions will be available under Salary option. GPF Ledger & Statement is also available under GPF option.

Viewing of Group Insurance Scheme (GIS) Statement depicting saving and insurance funds contributions is available under GIS Tab. Facility for applying Leave online & viewing status of applied Leave, viewing of Leave Ledger showing different types of leaves available to employee at any moment and Leave Reporting/Approving officer details are available under Leave option.

Loans and advances related details and recovery ensured so far is available under Loans & Advances option. iHRMS Punjab mobile app also facilitates the employee to enter request for updation of mobile number, email and address etc. which then goes to the concerned authority for change and may be updated by the concerned officer through web-application and would be visible to employee in mobile app.

Other general facilities available under iHRMS Punjab mobile app are Phone & Email directory of different departments, employee/colleagues having birthdays on a particular day in the office, List Official Holidays (Restricted/Gazetted) besides viewing of government notifications of the department concerned to which employee belongs besides notifications uploaded by different departments.
To access the content of mobile app, two level authentication (employee code and password and PIN) is enforced in accessing and viewing the details available through the mobile application.

Kaushal Panjee or Skill Register aims to be the first step for any rural youth looking for getting skilled or starting a business. Rural Youth can register free of cost and be connected to Training Partners and Banks working in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development.

DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameen Kaushal Yojana) is a demand driven placement linked skill training initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development. DDU-GKY functions in a PPP mode in collaboration with training partners. Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI) is a credit linked self-employment training initiative with the aim to hand hold trainees to setup micro-enterprises. It’s managed by lead banks in rural districts.

By registering yourself in Kaushal Panjee, you can be informed about nearby mobilization camps, training centres, Job Melas and start of batches. All of this is can be customized based on your interest and aspirations.
