   Dear Sir/Mam

   Hello my name is Md Shakeer Ahmed today i.e (19/9/2022) I was visit DCCB Yellandu branch for some important work but before 4:00pm They have closed the bank doors and saying some silly resons that network issue and etc Then i request them to open door and they have opened the door after 4:00pm and I was entered the bank then they are saying that our banking time has completed so kindly visit tomorrow. Then i asked to cashier that sir actually i was before 4:00pm infront of bank gate but the bank gate was closed and assistant is saying that time has completed you can come Tomorrow so i said that i came to bank before 4:00pm so how come you can say that time is completed then he started saying that network issue and saying that we are facing server issue from 2:00pm and one of the lady employee i.e G.Vasumathi i am not sure about her name but he is talking very rudely actually the conversation is between cashier and me but she entered into this matter and talking very rudely and saying that if you want to do anything you can can do it she don’t know how to handle with customers and i have all the proof of the conversation has done in the bank with video and i have evidence of closing earlier bank she is saying that you have evidence so you can do whatever you want.I request that kindly look into this matter and never repeat these things in future and please do needful for your valuable customers.
